This was one of my saviour dishes over exam time this year, as it can be made very quickly and is completely delicious.
PS We didn't have any broccoli when I was taking pictures so you'll have to use your imagination for that! * I prefer to use smoked tofu or egg tofu (both available in Chinese supermarkets) as they don't require pressing before frying. If you have silken tofu, that works too but you will have to press it before cooking using this method:
