As a dancer, I completely understand what being busy can do to your desire to cook and eat healthily. But it's possible! Believe it or not, all of these recipes can easily be made in 15 minutes or less and taken as a 'packed lunch'. If 15 minutes is really impossible for you, then I think you need to evaluate how much you are cramming into your life. After a few weeks of making the extra time, you won't even notice.
