Today I begin my blogging journey. As a dance student it is always assumed that you eat pretty much only salad - this couldn't be further from the truth. While I love salad, I know first hand that dancers need energy and a constant supply of lettuce just isn't going to cut it. I create healthy and fun recipes for dancers and foodies to try and enjoy. I don't generally work from recipes but instead take inspiration and flavour combinations from other chefs. Currently I've just bought a spiralizer and am obsessed with:
