And am now ready to unveil my5 summer technique tips in illustrated form.They were on a previous blog post and are my tips and tricks for staying in shape over the summer holidays. You can also find them all on the dancer talks food pinterest page! It's my first attempt at any illustration or typography so I hope you like them:
Had great fun today shooting with my amazing friend Sam. We got some great photos and seriously shocked some passers by!
In other news, I am starting a course tomorrow in aerial skills such as trapeze and harness skills called Elevate. Very excited! More updates and pictures will definitely follow.
We all love the holidays, but as far as keeping up your technique goes they are a pretty serious minefield. If you are lucky enough to be taking part in a summer intensive then you are probably safer, but for others who don't have training it is critical that we don't forget everything. Here are a few of my tips:
Overall, make sure that you rest and stay healthy. Of course it is ok to relax in the holidays, even if you are not training intensively through it. If you follow the tips above, eat well and healthily (my food blog is full of tips!) and keep control of any injuries then a well-deserved rest can also be introduced.
