I got a Nutri Ninja smoothie maker back in the autumn, which as many of you know I absolutely love. Some of the other members of my family are sceptical about vegetables in smoothies, but my policy has been to ignore them and enjoy my smoothies in peace! However, if you are also worried that a green smoothie will taste too vegetably, then this is a great introduction to veggies for breakfast. Enjoy!
2 tablespoons of oats
1 heaped teaspoon peanut butter
1 cup of milk (this can be dairy of dairy free if you prefer - substitutes such as almond milk work well here.)
1 heaped teaspoon cacao powder for a chocolaty flavour.
1 tablespoon chia seeds for protein.
